- Add Exercise: Click Add button on any day
 - Fill Form: Select exercise, sets, and reps
 - Repeat: Add all exercises for all 7 days
 - Save Plan: Click Save Plan to store your weekly schedule
 - Clear All: Remove all exercises and start over
