How to Use

  1. Add Exercise: Click Add button on any day
  2. Fill Form: Select exercise, sets, and reps
  3. Repeat: Add all exercises for all 7 days
  4. Save Plan: Click Save Plan to store your weekly schedule
  5. Clear All: Remove all exercises and start over

Tip: Your plan is saved automatically to your device. Come back anytime to view or edit it!
